Details of training

Mobile training and IGA training are provided to the members of the cooperative society through the Upazila Cooperative Office to improve their socio-economic status. Through the mobile training, the members of the association and the management committee of the association are given advice and assistance in conducting the activities of the association, lending laws, selection of the association, annual general meeting, keeping accounts of the association and taking up productive projects.

Cooperative training institutes are also sent as trainees to provide self-employment training to the members of the association. The trainings include "various types of training including association account keeping, mobile servicing, block-batik, bee farming, mushroom farming, sewing training, handicrafts, electric house wiring".
